2 lb fresh green beans
6 strips bacon, partially cooked
Garlic, to taste
4 T butter, melted
5 t packed light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the green beans until crisp-tender. Gather 6-10 beans in bundles and wrap ½ piece of bacon around center of each bundle. Place bundles in baking dish. Sprinkle bundles with garlic salt. Pour melted butter over bundles. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350° for 15-20 min. or until bacon is done.

Mom loved this recipe. She made it every Christmas, along with fabulous tenderloin and twice baked potatoes. Oh, don't forget the Ceasar Salad!
