1 1/2- 2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups enchilada sauce
2 cups grated Montery Jack or cheddar cheese
sour cream (optional)
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef in large skillet. Drain. Add in onion and garlic and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in enchilada sauce and top with grated cheese. Cover and allow cheese to melt, about 3 more minutes.
2. Top with sour cream and serve with tortilla chips.
