Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs. cube steak (1/2 inch thick)
1 can (10 oz.) Franco American Mushroom Gravy
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dash of Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into individual size pieces. Dredge well in flour and brown in light hot oil in a large skillet. Add Mushroom gravy and 1/2 cup water (more can be added later). Season to taste, and place in oven (uncovered). Bake about 20 minutes then cover, lowering temperature to 275º. Bake for 20 minutes longer, or until steak is tender.

Gravy: When steak is tender, remove from oven. Place steak on a baking sheet and return to "warm" oven until ready to serve. Add more water to gravy mixture in pan, stirring until desired thickness. You can add a couple of beef bullion cubes to give additional flavor. (If gravy is too thin, thicken with mixture of cornstarch and water).
