1/2 lb. Spaghetti Pasta
1 tsp Oil
1/2 Kielbasa (sliced)
3 - 4 Cloves of Garlic (diced)
1 bag Frozen Stir Fry Veggies (or whatever veggies you have in the fridge)
2 Eggs
Milk
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

~ Cook pasta till Al Dente and drain
~ Heat oil in skillet and add 2 - 3 garlic cloves diced finely (save one for later)
~ Add Kielbasa and brown
~ add veggies and cook till warm and tender
~ Crack eggs either on top (Moms method) or push veggies to side of pan and cook eggs then mix it together (My method)
~ Add Milk, 2 - 3 good splashes, and stir
~ Add 1 - 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, Salt and lots of Pepper
~ Season to taste
~ Serve on top of pasta or mix pasta in skillet
~ Serve with more parmesan cheese
