3-4 T Flour
Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and dice them in large pieces. Boil until tender.
Add enough milk to make a paste - stir until creamy and no lumps - add a little more milk.
Pour into potatoes and continue to cook until begins to thicken - salt and pepper to taste.
