Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
1 Sliced Onion
5-6 Sliced Red Potatoes
4 Carrots, sliced and peeled
Pepper to taste
Seasoning Salt to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Butter to dot the top
Directions:
Directions:
Use two separate sheets of foil
Place half the meat (shape in patties) on each sheet
Sprinkle with seasoning salt
Onions (place several rings on top of patties)
Next place red potato slices on top of onions
sprinkle with Garlic powder
Place small pieces of carrots around outside edge
Pat of butter on each
Pepper to taste

Close the foil and place on a baking sheet

Bake 400* for 15-20 minutes
