2 pieces of Flank Steak
3 tsp.Seasonal Salt
2 tsp.Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp. Black pepper
4 cups Brown Gravy
2 Cans of mushroom tops.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry seasonings together in a bowl: seasonal salt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle on both sides of flank steak. I like to hit it with a meat tenderizer a couple of times for good measure.
Place steak on heated grill. Sear on both sides and cook till steak is medium rare.
Remove from grill and slice steak at an angle into thin slices.
Place sliced steak in a pan and cover with brown gravy and mushrooms. If you are like Ashley and hate mushrooms omit the mushrooms :-)
