1/2 cup Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 lb. Chicken Breasts, 1/2" pieces
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 3/4 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup uncooked Orzo
1 -14 oz. can Tomatoes
2 cups Zucchini, quarter circles
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil and saute pepper and onions. Add chicken, garlic and seasoning for 4-6 minutes longer, stirring frequently. Stir in broth and pasta. Heat to boiling and reduce heat to medium. cover and cook 10-15 minutes, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in tomatoes and aucchini. Cook uncovered 5-10 more minute. Serve with Parmesan Cheese.
