5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and quartered
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1\4 tsp. garlic powder
1\4 tsp. pepper
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender, drain well and return to pot. Mash until no lumps. Beat in cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, pepper and egg whites. Put in crock pot, drizzle butter over top of potatoes and put in refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator and cook on low for 5 hours. Stir occasionally.
