3 1/3 cups sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
12 1/2 Tablespoons cornstarch
5 Tablespoons flour
15 cups milk
15 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and flour together. Whisk the egg yolks in the milk. Stir over medium heat until it begins to boil. Boil 1 minute then add:

5 Tablespoons butter
7 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Continue to stir until thick. Add coconut and pour into baked pie shells.
