4 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butter
1 t. Vanilla
6 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
1 Cup Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a 4 quart saucepan over medium heat.
Stir constantly until it comes to a boil. Boil one minute.
Remove from heat and add rest of the ingredients.
When well mixed pour into a 9X13 pan and refrigerate.

If you want to you can drop by Tablespoons onto parchment paper and make individual cookies.
