Mix 1/2 cup sugar,
4 teaspoon cornstarch
dash salt and nutmeg
1 cup water
2 beaten egg yolks
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 4 teaspoon cornstarch dash salt and nutmeg, Gradually stir in 1 cup water cook and stir over low heat. Till thick and bubbly.
Add to hot mixture 2 beaten eggs yolks, return to hot mixture, cook and stir 1 minutes. remove from heat add 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel and 2 tablespoon lemon juice blend.
