1 pkg. Cream cheese (flat, not tub) 8 oz.
1/2 cup sliced almonds, chopped fine
8 cups torn salad greens
1 Granny Smith Apple or pear, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Coat cream cheese cubes with almonds. Coat medium skillet with cooking spray, cook cubes until golden brown. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve immediately. Also possible to bake cubes in a 350º oven for 5 minutes, or until golden.

Cubes can be made ahead and then cooked right before serving, or served cold. They actually keep their shape better if cold.
