•3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
•1-16 oz container sour cream
•2 cans cream of chicken soup
•3 cloves garlic, minced
•1-2 cans mushrooms, drained (Optional)
•1-16 oz bag shredded cheddar cheese
•10-15 flour tortillas

Directions:

1•Boil or bake the chicken until done and then shred the chicken.
2•Mix together the sour cream, soups, garlic, optional mushrooms and ¼ C of the cheese.
Reserve and set aside ¼ - ½ C of the mixture
3•Add chicken to the mixture and stir to combine.
4•Evenly divide the mixture between the tortillas, laying a strip of the mixture along the center of each tortilla. May use a lot or a little in each tortilla.
5•Roll up each tortilla & lay side by side in a greased 9x13 pan (may need two pans).
6•Spread reserved sour cream/soup mixture on top, and top with remaining cheese.
7•Bake at 400° until cheese is brown and tortillas are hot. Around 20-30 minutes.

These are extremely mild. If you prefer spicy, you may add cumin and/or chili powder to taste.
