Ingredients:  
1 stick margarine
1 bunch chopped green onions
2- 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 quarts half & half
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans cream of potato coup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 lbs. boiled red potatoes (cut into bite sized peices)
2-3 lbs. shrimp
Cajun seasoning
Salt

Directions:
Boil & cut up potatoes. Set aside.
In big soup pot, melt margarine and slightly saute green onions. Set green onions aside * saute shrimp until pink.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
Add seasonings, half & half, boiled potatoes & canned soups. Bring to a slow boil. Stir regularly. Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes. Add milk if soup needs to be thinned.
Very good & very rich.
