2 eggs
1 whiskey shot glass of oil
1/ 1/2 cups of flour
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
Crisco or Mazzola oil
Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs then add all ingredient, mix well and refrigerate until firm
Cut into quarters and roll the quarter into a rope and cut off small pieces.
Heat oil then drown the small pieces into the oil remove and place on
paper towels to remove excess oil. Then put in a large bowl
Heat a jar of honey, cool and then pour over the struffoli.

My Mom made so many things from memory so when she tried to write her recipes down they were sometimes difficult to understand. You may have to adapt this recipe.
