2 Tbs. Corn Oil
6 Tbs. All Purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Cup. Non-fat Milk
1 Large garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 Cup Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Non-fat sour cream
1/2 Cup Non-fat sandwich spread
8 Large lasagna noodles oven ready or cooked
3 Lbs. Chicken (3 Cups) I use breast and then cut into pieces
8 oz. reduced fat Sharp cheddar cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add flour and stir but do not brown. Add garlic, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and sandwich spread.
Spray pan with non stick cooking spray.
Layer with noodles, chicken, cheese and sauce as with regular lasagna.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Let set before cooking.
Serve with salad and garlic bread.
