25-35 large mushrooms (Cremini or white)
1 package of Jimmy Dean Sausage (spicy, regular or maple)
1 package of Cream Cheese
1 - 2 garlic cloves - crushed
Shredded Romano or Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove center stem from mushrooms while washing mushrooms. Pat dry with paper towel and place in large, flat baking pan.
Cook sausage and mix in chopped garlic. Remove cooked sausage from pan and drain into multiple paper towels (to soak up the fat and grease). When cooled a bit, place in a bowl with the crème cheese, knead together.
Spoon into mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese and broil for 5-7 minutes on high.
