Sourdough toast or English muffin
One fried egg (over medium)
Canadian bacon, or Portabella Mushroom (very large), or Crab meat, or
Calamari, or Scallops (large), or whatever you like
1 slice of cheese (again pick the flavor)
1 packet of Knorr's Béarnaise or Hollandaise Sauce (whichever flavor you
prefer)
Butter

Cook Knorr's sauce according to directions on packet, however, add ½ cube butter to mix. If you use Heavy Whipping Cream instead of milk, you have a much richer flavor.

Toast the muffin or half slice of sourdough bread. Place bread on bottom of serving dish. On top of bread, place cooked meat preference (mushroom should be steamed). Add egg, then cheese and microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove from microwave, pour sauce over top and enjoy!
