Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large sausage (can be kielbasa, chicken sausage of any flavor you prefer, but the spicier the better)
1/2 to 1 red onion, diced up
1/2 fresh garlic
1 package of pasta
Olive oil
1 cup fresh mushrooms, diced (brown or white)
1 jar of Alfredo Sauce (garlic, mushroom, your preference)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, line pan with olive oil, add sausage and cook the
sausage until BROWN. (Start the water to boil for pasta).

After browning sausage, add the chopped onion and garlic, cook for 1-2
minutes to open flavor while mixing with sausage.
At the same time, pour Alfredo sauce into sauce pan, heat up and add fresh
mushrooms.

After the sauce heats up and the sausage & onions & garlic heat up, add the
pasta to boiling water for 10 min. As pasta cooks, mix the sauce into the
frying pan with the sausage and vegs. This should all come together at the
same time. When the pasta is done, drain water away, put pasta in a separate
bowl. Put sauce & sausage in a separate bowl and serve. For additional
flavor and spice, add red peppers to the sauce as it cooks and add Romano or
Parmesan cheese over the final dish.
