1 Garlic Clove, pressed
2 packages (11oz. each) refrigerated French Bread dough
½ cup grated fresh Parmesan Cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp. snipped fresh Parsley

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly wipe down mini loaf pan with oil. In small b owl, microwave butter on high 20-30 seconds or until melted. Add pressed garlic and mix well. On lightly floured surface, unroll one package of bread dough; do not stretch. Brush dough with ½ the butter mixture. Sprinkle with ½ of the parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and parsley. Unroll remaining package bread dough directly over first layer, matching seams and rolling lightly to seal. Brush dough lightly with remaining butter mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheeses and parsley. Roll lightly with rolling pin. Starting at narrow edge, roll dough up tightly; press edge to seal. Slice roll into 4 equal portions; place seam side down in pan. Make deep cut down the length of each loaf without cutting through ends. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes. Remove loaves from pan. Serve warm.
