1 box yellow cake mix (with pudding)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted and coled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above until crumbly. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Work from the center and have crust a little higher around edges.

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
3 1/2 cupsconfectioners sugar

Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375º for 30-40 minutes or until brown.
