1 pie shell, bake and cool
1 box frozen strawberries, thaw and drain (reserve juice)
2 cups reserved strawberry juice (add water to make 2 cups, if needed)
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Cook juice, sugar, and cornstarch for about 10 minutes, until thick. Cool about 10 minutes. Add 1 small box strawberry jello. Put 1/2 strawberries in cool pie shell. Pour 1/2 of mixture over strawberries. Add rest of strawberries. cover with rest of mixture. Cool. Serve with Cool-Whip.
