1 cauliflower head
Mayo
Squirt of mustard
Shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Steam cook cauliflower until tender. and place on a plate. Mix the mayo and mustard together and "frost" the cauliflower with it. Pat shredded cheese over it. Put in the microwave until cheese gets "melty." Cut into wedges to serve.

I learned this from my mother-in-law, Della Child. It's a family favorite of ours.
