1 cup milk
7/8 cup Flour (1 cup minus 2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
-Combine and beat at high speed for 1 minute the milk, flour, oil and salt
-Add eggs, one at a time and beat 20 seconds after each egg (you can use the blender if desired)
-Divide batter into 12 greased muffin tins
-Set in cold oven, turn heat to 425º and back for 35 minutes
-Remove and let stand for a few minutes
