4 cups cooked squash
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. container sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 small bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix
1 small to medium onion (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt margarine and reserve half. Save enough stuffing mix to coat top of casserole.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into lightly greased casserole dish. Top with remaining stuffing and drizzle margarine over the top
3. Bake at 350º for approx 45-50 minutes.
