2 16 oz cans pintos (NOT LUCKS..I use Aldi or Bush beans), drained & rinsed.
1 16 oz light red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 can of Rotel.
2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes.
1 16 oz can golden hominy (I use Bush brand)
1 pack taco seasoning
1 pack ranch dressing
1 lb ground beef.

GARNISHMENTS:
Tortilla chips or taco shells.
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Onions
Pickled jalapenos.
Guacamole
Refried beans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Pour ground beef into crock pot and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and cook on low heat for at least 4 to 6 hours.

This works great if you want to fix it before work and have it waiting on you when you get home as well.
