1 cup water
4 ounces butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 ounces AP flour
5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place water, butter, and salt in a saucepan, bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
Add all the flour at once. Stir constantly over low heat for a few minutes to dry the dough slightly.
Remove from the heat and stir in the eggs in 2-3 additions.
The resulting paste should be thick and doughy. It should not puddle.
Make up and bake.

For Churros: Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon with flour. Fry in oil and coat in cinnamon sugar mixture.
