2 - 4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs (Italian seasoning)
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. dijon mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Grease cooking pan
Heat oven 350º
Mix cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl. Mix butter and dijon in separate bowl.
Dip chicken breast in butter mixture then cheese/bread crumbs and place in cooking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through or golden brown on top.
