8 ounces semi sweet chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon instant coffee/espresso
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream, instant coffee and honey in a saucepan until just below scalding.
Pour over chocolate.
Mix until combined.
Add butter to hot chocolate mixture.
