1-1/2 lbs ground chuck
1/4 c chopped bell pepper
1 small onion, diced
1/4 c ketchup
2 slices of white bread
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c oatmeal
1 egg, beaten
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together milk & egg. Pinch the 2 slices of bread into small pieces and stir in with milk mixture. Set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients together until well blended. Pour milk/egg/bread mixture and work into meat mixture. Form and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 1 hr 15 minus or until done.
