1 package spice cake mix
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted

Filling
8oz cream cheese (softened)
half can pumpkin pie mix (about 16 oz)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

preheat oven to 350
In large bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter, then press it into bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Mixture will be dry.
In another large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, 2 eggs and salt- beat until smooth. Pour over crust and sprinkle the chopped pecan on top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until filling is set. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 20 minutes, then chill.
