Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup of butter or margarine softened
3 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 teaspoon salt

Filling
4 eggs
1cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine softened
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 package (10) frozen spinach, thawed and well drained or 10 oz fresh
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. For crust, combine all ingredients and then press into bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. (It really works better in glass for some reason.) Prick crust with a fork and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Filling
mix first 9 ingredients in a large bowl until well blended using an electric mixer. (Seriously, it would kill your wrists.) Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into crust. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until center is set.

Serve hot or cold. We've never actually been able to make it to cold, but I'm sure it's good.
