3 boneless chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth (small)
1 can cream of celery soup (10 1/2 oz)
1 can mixed vegetables (15 oz)
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup evaporated milk (carnation)
1 stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken (boil with salt, about 1/2 tsp.) until tender. Use fingers to pull chicken into smal peices and put them in the bottom of a greased casserole dish add chicken broth, then soup, undiluted, and vegetables, undrained.
Melt margarine and mix with milk. Put flour in a bowl and add margarine/milk mixture slowly stirring to prevent lumping. Stir until mixture is smooth and then pour over the ingredients in the casserole dish. Bake in preheated overn (350º) for one hour.
