1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's Long Grain * Wild Rice (fast cooking or original)
3 to 4 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 (4oz) jar chopped pimento, drained
1 (16oz) can French style green beans, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream celery soup
1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt & pepper

Grated cheese on top

Directions:
Cook rice according to pckg. directions. Mix together the next 8 ingredients. Place in a greased 3 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
