1 can Whole Kernel Corn- drained
1 Can Cream Style Corn
2 Eggs
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 sm. box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1/2 Onion- chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper- chopped
1 stick Butter
1 C. Cheese- grated
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and bell peppers in butter. Then, mix all remaining ingredients (except grated cheese) in a bowl and pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Add grated cheese to the top. Return to oven and continue baking until all the cheese is melted.
