1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 T. Parsley Flakes
1 T. Basil
1 t. Salt
1 1lb. Can Tomatoes,stewed or crushed
12 oz. Tomato Paste
10 oz. Lasagna noodles, uncooked

3 Cups Cottage Cheese
2 Beaten Eggs
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
2 T. Parsley Flakes
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain excess fat.
Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings and Parmesan Cheese.
Put a thin layer of sauce in bottom of 9X13 baking dish.
Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella slices and sauce.
Repeat layers twice.
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes to 1 hour until bubbly.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting and serving.

It can be made ahead of time so you just need to thaw and bake when ready.
