Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 -3/4 lb. wide Lasagna noodles
2 T. oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 med. onion chopped
1 1/2 lb. lean Ground beef (I use ground turkey)
1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. parsley
½ tsp. rosemary & basil
2 (6oz) cans Tomato paste
1 c. water
2 eggs beaten
1 pint small curd cottage cheese
1 lb. mozzarella
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oil & cook onion & garlic until soft (not brown)
Add beef & all seasonings (if you want you may add the Italian sausage at this time) cook until crumbly, drain grease & add tomato paste & hot water

Simmer 15 minutes/set aside.

Blend beaten eggs w/cottage cheese/set aside.

In long baking dish layer this way:

1. Thin layer of meat sauce

2. 1/2 of the noodles

3. All of cottage cheese & egg mixture

4. 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese

5. Another thin layer of sauce

6. Cover w/noodles

7. All of remaining meat sauce

8. Remainder of mozzarella cheese

9. All of parmesan cheese
