½ c. butter - melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 large can cling peaches in heavy syrup, drain
1 pkg Yellow Cake mix
1 pkg instant Vanilla pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs (slightly beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Add together butter & brown sugar. Cover bottom of loaf pan
Pour peaches and space evenly next in bottom of large loaf pan.
Mix together cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, sour cream, salad oil and eggs.
Beat 4 minutes, med. speed, it will be thick consistency.
Spoon over peaches and spread (thick consistency).

Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes, cool 5 minutes, turn out on cookie sheet.
