3/4 Cup sugar
2 t. Pumpkin Pie spice
2 eggs, beaten
1 15oz. Pure Pumpkin
1 12oz. can Evaporated milk
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Whisk all ingredients together.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425º for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temp to 350º and bake 50 minutes.
Cool completely before serving with whipped cream.
