2 2/3 C Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 C water
1 C shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening until pea to rice sized pieces. Remove about 2/3 C of the mixture and combine with water to make a paste. Make a well in the center of the remaining flour mixture and add the paste. Combine.
