Ingredients:  
1lb crabmeat (remove shells)
1/3c crushed crackers
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2c green bell pepper, chopped
1tsp Worcestershire
1tsp dry mustard
1tsp salt
Flour, for dusting
1/4c mayo
1 egg
1/2 lemon, juiced
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2cpeanut oil, frying

*favorite dipping sauce (pairs well with sriracha mayo)

Directions:
1) In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except flour & oil
2) Shape into patties then dust with flour
3) Heat oil in pan over medium heat, place crab cakes in pan
4) Pan fry cakes on each side (approx 4-5min) until golden brown
5) Serve warm with preferred sauce
