1 cup butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 ounce whole milk
12 ounces pastry flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
10 ounces rolled oats
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg.
Mix in milk and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and the oats. Add raisins last.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
