1 cup AP flour
1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
4 ounces butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup sour cream
Coarse sanding sugar for finishing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients except salt. Cream butter, salt, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix vanilla and lemon zest. Add dry ingredients until mixed. Add sour cream and mix until combined. Fold in blueberries. Divide batter into muffin tins. Sprinkle with sanding sugar. Bake for 20 minutes or until center of muffins spring back. Cool.
