7T flour
1 1/2c milk
1 1/2T pure vanilla extract
1 1/2c salted butter (room temperature)
1 1/2c sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a small saucepan, whisk flour into milk and heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens (like pancake batter) Rmove from heat and let cool
2) Stir in the vanilla
3) In separate bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and salt until lightly fluffy
4) Add the cool milk mixture
4) Beat on medium high for approx 5 minutes. It may look separated at first but continue to beat until it comes together and looks like whipped cream
