1 lb. bag of old fashioned Cole slaw mix
1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel, Mexican style corn
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
2 c. broccoli florets
1 c. carrots, diced
1 c. minced parsley
1 red onion, diced

Dressing
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. cider vinegar
2\3 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients and toss gently. Set aside.

In a small sauce pan, combine all dressing ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables and toss well. Cool to room temperature, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
