6 c cinnamon Chex cereal
2 c pecan halves
1/4 c butter
1/3 c packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp light corn syrup
3/4 c chopped dried fruit (mangos, peaches, apricots, papaya, pineapple)
Directions:
Directions:
1. In large microwavable bowl, place cereal and pecans
2. In 2 cup/500ml microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter, brown sugar and corn syrup uncovered on High 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is boiling; stir.
3. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 5 minutes, stirring after every minute. Toss in dried fruit.
4. Spread on parchment or waxed paper. Cool 5 minutes. Store loosely covered.
