3c whipping cream
3T instant vanilla pudding (dry powder)
3T sugar or to taste
1tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
1 - 8oz pkg of cream cheese, room temperature
2T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Whip the cream, pudding, 3T sugar, and vanilla together until stiff peak forms (DO NOT WHIP INTO BUTTER) set aside - refrigerate until needed
2) Beat the cream cheese and 2T sugar on low speed, using hand mixer.
3) Fold gently the cream cheese mixture into the creamed mixture.

*To add flavor - for each cup of frosting, add 2T of thick purée, jam or curd
