Prepare 36 mini, unbaked tart shells (to be filled)

1/3 cup crumbled Canadian blue cheese

1/2 cup chopped, toasted pecans

2 eggs

1 cup real whipping cream

1/4 tsp. salt

pinch pepper

red pepper jelly - for decoration

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º F. Place tart shells on a rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle blue cheese and pecans evenly into shells. Set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour evenly into shells almost to the top.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until filling is very puffed and pastry is browned. When cooled top each tart with a tiny dollop of red pepper jelly. F. Place tart shells on a rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle blue cheese and pecans evenly into shells. Set aside.
