3 cups sugar
1 cup butter, softened
6 large eggs
3 cups AP flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 325 degrees.
Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
In a small bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Alternately add flour mixture and heavy cream.
Stir in vanilla.
Bake for 75 to 90 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes and then invert cake.
